01Acceptance of terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of trailstoptrader.com, its content, and any strategies, scripts, indicators or other tools provided by TrailStopTrader (together, the “Services”). By accessing the website or purchasing or using any Service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

02Education only — not financial advice

All content and tools are provided strictly for educational and informational purposes. Nothing provided by TrailStopTrader constitutes financial, investment, trading, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell or hold any security, commodity, currency, derivative or other financial instrument.

TrailStopTrader is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer or financial institution. Any trading decision you make is your own, made at your own risk. You should seek advice from an independent, appropriately licensed professional before making any financial decision.

03No guaranteed returns

TrailStopTrader makes no representation, warranty or guarantee that any strategy, tool or method will be profitable or will achieve any particular result. Backtested, hypothetical and simulated results — including any figures shown for the USOIL Strategy — have inherent limitations, are prepared with the benefit of hindsight, and do not represent actual trading.

Past performance, whether actual or simulated, is not indicative of future results. Market conditions change, and live results may differ materially from any backtest. Stop-loss orders do not guarantee execution at a specified price, and losses may exceed intended risk limits.

04Limitation of liability

Trading leveraged products involves a high degree of risk and may result in the loss of some or all of your capital. You acknowledge that you trade entirely at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrailStopTrader, its owners, employees, contractors and affiliates shall not be liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or reliance on, the Services — including errors, omissions, interruptions, delays, software defects or the behaviour of any third-party platform or broker.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or uninterrupted operation.

05Protected code and intellectual property

All strategies, scripts, indicators, source code, logic, parameters, documentation, articles and branding are the intellectual property of TrailStopTrader and are protected by copyright and other applicable laws. Strategy code is provided in protected (closed-source) form.

Your subscription grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the tool for your own trading while your subscription is active. You may not copy, share, resell, sublicense, redistribute, publish, decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract or recreate the code or its logic, nor share access credentials with others.

Any breach of this section may result in immediate termination of access without refund, and TrailStopTrader reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies.

06Subscriptions, billing and refunds

Paid tools, such as the USOIL Strategy at $39 per month, are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the current paid period.

All payments are non-refundable. Because access to protected digital tools is granted immediately upon purchase, no refunds or credits are provided for partial months, unused access, dissatisfaction with performance, or trading losses, except where required by applicable law.

Prices and features may change. Any price change will apply from your next billing period after notice is given.

07Your responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that trading the relevant instruments is lawful in your jurisdiction, for the configuration of any tool on your own platform or account, and for monitoring all positions. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these terms.

08Changes and termination

TrailStopTrader may modify, suspend or discontinue any Service, or update these terms, at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Access may be suspended or terminated for any breach of these terms.
